Will my unused credits be carried over to the next billing cycle?
It depends on the type of credit:
- Recurring: These credits are allocated on a regular billing cycle, such as monthly or annually. Unused recurring credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
- On-demand: Unlike recurring credits, on-demand credits are purchased as needed and do not expire. These credits will carry over indefinitely and remain available for use as long as you maintain an active subscription. If your subscription is canceled or lapses, any remaining on-demand credits will no longer be accessible.
